Meet the Team
The Founders – Savannah and Ritchie
Welcome! We’re Savannah and Ritchie, the dynamic duo behind Pitch&Toss. I’m Ritchie, the CEO, and my amazing wife, Savannah, keeps my chaotic energy focused as COO. We’re ecstatic to be on this journey together and thrilled to share Pitch&Toss with you.
My journey with wisdom began early – influenced by a childhood marked by tragedy and loss, I began down a path that would only make worse the strife of my past. Thanks to the wisdom shared by those around me, I was able to change my ways to live a responsible and meaningful life; and I continue seek knowledge from wherever it can be found. This pursuit has shaped my life and continues to drive me today.
Savannah and I have been married for seven years and have three beautiful children. She has been a constant source of strength, wisdom, and inspiration, supporting my growth and advocating for our shared vision.
With a background in medicine as a nurse practitioner, Savannah brings her passion for fashion and design, and skills in social media strategy, organization and administration. Her superpower is sifting through my “Good-Idea-of-the-Hour™” to ensure our brand moves in the right direction, avoiding a one-person three-ring circus.
My degree in Finance and diverse experience, from throwing haybales to military service, and from scrubbing floors to providing C-Suite executives guidance, equip me to bring vision and insight to Pitch&Toss. As CEO, I oversee financials, product and website design, market research, and talent acquisition.
